Privacy is a matter of trust and your trust is important to us. We respect your privacy. The protection and the legally compliant collection, processing and use of your personal data is therefore an important concern for us. In order to make you feel safe when visiting our websites, we strictly observe the legal provisions when dealing with your personal data and would like to inform you about our data collection and data usage.
The terms used below are those used by the European directive and regulatory authority under the GDPR and have been incorporated into it. Our stated goal is to be as easy to read and understand as possible for our customers, users and business partners. In order to achieve this goal, we reproduced in advance the most important definitions of terms used, which you can also find in Article 4 GDPR.
1. Definitions
1.1. "Personal data"
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ('the data subject'); a natural person is considered as being identifiable, directly or indirectly, in particular by means of an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more special characteristics expressing the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of this natural person can be identified.
1.2. "Data Subject"
Data subject is any identified or identifiable natural person whose personal data is processed by the controller.
1.3. "Processing"
Processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
1.4. "Restriction of processing"
Restriction of processing means the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future.
1.5. "Profiling"
Profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning that natural person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movements
1.6. "Pseudonymisation"
Pseudonymisation means the processing of personal data in such a manner that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organizational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.
1.7. "Controller"
Controller means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law.
1.8. 'Processor'
Processor means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body, which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
1.9. "Recipient"
Recipient means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or another body, to which the personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. However, public authorities, which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with Union or Member State law, shall not be regarded as recipients; the processing of those data by those public authorities shall comply with the applicable data protection rules according to the purposes of the processing.
1.10. "Third Party"
Third party means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorized to process personal data.
11.1. "Consent"
Consent of the data subject means any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

3. Contact
On MYCLASSICO.COM, you have the means to contact us in different ways. By e-mail, by phone, by fax or by post. When you contact us, we will use the personal information you provide to us voluntarily for the sole purpose of contacting you and processing your request.
4. Log data
With each access to the pages of MYCLASSICO.COM, user data are transmitted through the respective Internet browser and stored in protocol files, the so-called log files. The records stored in this case contain the following data: date and time of the retrieval, name of the visited page, IP address, referrer URL (origin URL from which you came to the web pages), and the amount of data transferred, loading time, and Product and version information of the used browser. 5. Collection, processing and use of personal data

Static data that we collect, for example, when you visit our web shop and that cannot be directly associated with your person, does not fall down. 5.2. Customer Account
We set up a password-protected direct access to their stored inventory data (customer account) for each customer who registers accordingly. Here you can view data about your completed, open and recently sent orders and manage their address data and the newsletter. You agree to treat the personal access data as confidential and not to make it accessible to unauthorized third parties. We cannot accept liability for misused passwords unless we are responsible for the abuse.
Unless you log out, you will automatically be logged in. This feature allows you to use some of our services without having to log in again each time. For security reasons, however, you will be prompted to enter your password again, for example, if you want to change your personal information or if you would like to place an order.
5.3. Collection, processing and use of your personal data
Privacy is important to us. Therefore, we hold ourselves in the collection, processing and use of your personal data strictly to the statutory provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. We collect, store and process your data for the entire processing of your purchase, including any subsequent warranties, for our services, the technical administration and our own marketing purposes. Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties or otherwise transmitted, if this is necessary for the purpose of contract execution or billing or if you have previously consented. As part of order processing, for example, the service providers we use here (such as transporters, logisticians, banks) receive the necessary data for order and order processing. 5.4. Use of your data for advertising purposes

6. Data processing during online shopping
With MYCLASSICO.COM, you can order chargeable items from our line of merchandise. In this context, we process personal data for fulfilling the contract and, in particular, for processing your order, for delivering the goods, for checking your creditworthiness, for processing payment and possible warranty claims. For this purpose, we process above all your first and last name, your gender, your date of birth, your delivery and billing address and your e-mail address as well as your password and your telephone number.
For the purpose of contract processing or billing, your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise transmitted if this is necessary for the execution of the contract or settlement or if you have previously consented. As part of the processing of your order, for example, service providers used by us (such as logistics companies) receive the necessary data for order processing.
7. Newsletter
For sending the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure, which means that we will only send you a newsletter by e-mail if you have previously explicitly confirmed to us that we should activate the newsletter service. We will then send you a notification e-mail asking you to confirm that you wish to receive our newsletter by clicking on a link in this e-mail.
Should you anytime later no longer want to receive newsletters from us, you can revoke them at any time and without additional costs with effect for the future by clicking on the "unsubscribe newsletter" link in the newsletter and then following the instructions. 8. Cookies
We use cookies on our pages in order to make the visit to our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions.

The cookies used by MYCLASSICO.COM do not store any personal data. The cookies we use are therefore not assigned to a specific person and therefore not to you. When the cookie is activated, it will be assigned an identification number. An assignment of your personal data to this identification number is not possible at any time and will not be carried out. Your name, IP address or similar data that would allow the cookie to be associated with you will never be used. Based on the cookie technology, we only receive pseudonymous information, for example, which pages of our shop were visited, which products were viewed, etc.

9. Analysis and tracking tools as well as internet technologies
9.1. Google
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). 9.4. Other internet technologies
On this website, information about the surfing behavior of website visitors is collected and stored in anonymous form within the framework of other Internet technologies. This data is stored on your computer using so-called cookie text files and allows us to anonymously analyze surfing behavior. For example, from which city a website visitor comes, which browser type and which operating system the website visitor uses and which pages he has visited on the website. In no case can the obtained data be used to personally identify the visitor to this website. The collected data will only be used to improve the offer. 11.4. Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard or American Express)
In our online shop, we have integrated the payment option of easy and secure credit card payments via VISA, MasterCard or American Express. The credit card of the person concerned will only be charged when the order is shipped. If an order is sent in several partial deliveries, a partial debit will be made with the dispatch of each partial delivery.
If the data subject selects the payment option "credit card" during the order process in our online shop, data of the person concerned is automatically transmitted to the respective credit card company issuing the credit card. With a selection of this payment option, the data subject consents to a transfer of personal data required for payment processing.
The following data are collected and transmitted by us:

• Credit card number
• Validity period
• Card verification number (this is a three-digit number on the back of the credit card that enhances payment security on the Internet)
Payment via VISA, MasterCard or American Express is exclusively via an encrypted SSL connection. An encrypted connection can be recognized by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http: //" to "https: //" and appears to a lock symbol in the browser line of the person concerned.
In the case of encrypted communication, third parties cannot read your payment details that you submit to us.
VISA, MasterCard or American Express are global payment processing technology companies that provide access to electronic payment options to customers, businesses and financial services providers. VISA, MasterCard or American Express itself do not issue credit cards and do not operate the merchant business. VISA, MasterCard or American Express do not have access to the bank account and do not store any transaction data. This is done by the card-issuing bank of the person concerned, which is also responsible for the entire card management. 11.5. Sofortüberweisung
We have integrated components of Sofortüberweisung on this website. Sofortüberweisung is an online payment service provider that enables cashless payments on the Internet. Sofortüberweisung represents a technical procedure by which the online retailer immediately receives a payment confirmation so that merchants are able to deliver or to execute goods and services immediately after the order to the customer.
The operating company of Sofortüberweisung is the SOFORT GmbH, Fußbergstraße 1, 82131 Gauting, Germany.
If the data subject selects the payment method "Sofortüberweisung" during the order process in our online shop, data of the data subject are automatically transferred to Sofortüberweisung. With a selection of this payment option, the data subject consents to a transfer of personal data required for payment processing. When purchasing via Sofortüberweisung the buyer transmits the PIN and the TAN of its own credit institution to the Sofort GmbH. Immediate transfer then, after verifying the account balance and retrieving further data to check the account funds, make a transfer to the online merchant. The execution of the financial transaction is then communicated to the online retailer automatically.
The personal data exchanged with Sofortüberweisung is the name, address, email address, IP address, telephone number or other data necessary for the processing of the payment and which furthermore serve the purposes of fraud prevention. The controller will also transfer other personal data to Sofortüberweisung if there is a legitimate interest in the transfer. The personal data exchanged between Sofortüberweisung and Sofortüberweisung may transmit the data controller to credit reporting agencies for purposes of identity and credit checks. Sofortüberweisung may transfer the personal data to affiliated companies and service providers or subcontractors, as far as this is necessary to fulfill the contractual obligations or the data is to be processed on behalf of Sofortüberweisung.

12. Secure data transfer
Your personal data is securely transmitted by encryption. This applies to your order and to the customer login. We use the coding system SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Although nobody can guarantee absolute protection. However, we secure our websites and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons.
13. Data processing outside the European Economic Area
Personal data will not be processed in countries outside the scope of Directive 95/46 / EC unless the service providers or third parties listed in this data policy are located outside the European Economic Area.
14. Your rights: information, correction, cancellation, blocking

15. Legal basis of data processing
The legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data required to fulfill a contract to which the data subject is a party is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The same applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures, which are carried out at the request of the data subject.
The legal basis for a legal obligation that requires the processing of personal data by our company, such as the fulfillment of tax obligations, is Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR.
In rare cases, the processing of personal data may be required to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person. This would be the case, for example, in the case of data processing for humanitarian or natural disasters or other man-made disasters, in which case the processing would then be based on Article 6 (1) (d) GDPR (recital 46 to the GDPR).
Additionally, processing operations on the legal basis could be based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. This is based on processing operations that are not covered by any of the above legal bases if processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, unless the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned prevail.
